Resolution 9609, Authorizing Cost Sharing for Sanitary Sewer Line at 8289 <br />10 Spring Lake Road and First Reading and Introduction of Ordinance 992, <br />11 Amending Chapter 52, Sanitary Sewer Line Cost Sharing. <br />12 <br />13 City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council authorize the cost sharing for sanitary sewer <br />14 line at 8289 Spring Lake Road. Staff commented further on this project and reported the proposed <br />15 Resolution would authorize staff to move forward with the sanitary sewer line separation. <br />16 <br />17 MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Bergeron. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 9609, <br />18 Authorizing Cost Sharing for Sanitary Sewer Line at 8289 Spring Lake Road. <br />19 <br />20 Mayor Mueller reported the Council would be reviewing future requests on a case -by -case basis <br />21 and she did not believe a precedent would be set with this request. <br />22 <br />23 Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />24 <br />25 City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council introduce Ordinance 992. He noted the second <br />26 reading for this Ordinance would be held on July 25 where a public hearing would be held prior <br />27 to approval. <br />28 <br />29 MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Waive the First Reading and Introduce Ordinance <br />30 992, Amending Chapter 52, Sanitary Sewer Line Cost Sharing. <br />31 <br />32 Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />33 <br />34 9. REPORTS <br />35 A. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br />36 <br />37 Council Member Bergeron reported he attended the League of Minnesota Cities Conference last <br />38 week in Duluth. He commented on the educational sessions he attended during the conference. <br />39 <br />40 Council Member Cermak stated the Mounds View Police Foundation would be meeting next on <br />41 Tuesday, July 12 and the group would be discussing plans for the games for Festival in the Park. <br />42 This meeting would be held at the Random Park building at 5:30 p.m. <br />43 <br />44 Council Member Meehlhause reported he also attended the League of Minnesota Cities <br />45 Conference last week in Duluth. <br />46 <br />
