Upon satisfactory review of the prepared construction contract and documentation by the City Attorney, the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the City, to execute and enter into said construction contract with T.A. Shifsky & Sons of St. Paul, MN. 10).
