These pavilions would provide additional <br />areas of shade and would be available to rent for birthday parties, etc. <br />The Parks and Recreation and Forestry Commission also discussed this and agreed that <br />this would be a much needed addition to City Hall Park. <br />Staff has received a proposal from Minnesota Wisconsin Playground off the Minnesota <br />Cooperative Purchasing Program (State Contract) to purchase and install (2) 20' x 20' <br />park pavilions for a total of $78,825.00. The new pavilions will require the purchase and <br />installing of picnic tables at a cost of $13,295.00, for a total of $92,120.00 to be funded <br />from Park Dedication, 451-4470-7050 with a 2022 total budget of $236,555.00 which <br />includes Random Park Playground, Lambert Park- hockey boards and netting at Silver <br />View Park. <br />Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal.
