RESOLUTION NO. 9618 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF NEOGOV ONLINE RECRUITMENT MODULE <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to improve the online employment application process by <br />integrating the NEOGOV Online Recruitment Module; and <br />WHEREAS, the NEOGOV Online Recruitment Module will improve the candidate <br />experience when applying for job opportunities within the City through reduced time when <br />completing materials, maintenance of all information within the Cloud, allowing candidates to <br />update their application profile and easily reapply for future job openings; and <br />WHEREAS, the NEOGOV Online Recruitment Module will assist staff by scoring <br />applications, communicating with candidates regarding the process; and <br />WHEREAS, by purchasing the NEOGOV Online Recruitment Module for two (2) years, <br />the City will receive the first year at 50% off. The first year cost will be $4,954, plus $1,750 set <br />up fee; Second year $9,908; for a total cost = $16,612. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />authorize staff to purchase the NEOGOV Online Recruitment Module for a price of $16,612 for <br />a two (2) year contract period. <br />Adopted this 8t" day of August, 2022. <br />Al Hull, Acting Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
