INVESTIGATOR HELLPAP 2nd QUARTER INVESTIGATIVE HIGHLIGHTS <br />40 cases assigned during the quarter <br />Collaborated with Investigator Erickson to charge a suspect with several counts of Stalking after violating <br />a restraining order against the victim several times <br />Investigated a missing juvenile case who fled after she was advised she would be going to a juvenile <br />facility. The investigation went on several months as the juvenile was evading law enforcement. She was <br />finally located in Cambridge after obtaining information from Snapchat that led to information about <br />who she was with. <br />Investigated a child abuse where pattern injuries similar to a belt was found on the child. The suspect <br />was eventually charged with Gross Misdemeanor Domestic Assault. <br />Catalytic Converter Theft, two suspects were interrupted stealing a catalytic converter from a vehicle in <br />the parking lot. Investigation lead to identifying the suspects who did over $2000 in damage. Charges <br />are pending. <br />Two burglaries occurred at the Greystone Flats apartment buildings on consecutive days where multiple <br />key fobs and checks were stolen and items were ordered using the apartment credit card. The suspects <br />were identified with surveillance tape, tips, and phone records. Charges are pending review. <br />3rd Degree Assault, a serious assault of two people with a weapon where one victim nearly died. The <br />scene was processed, statements were taken as well as forensic evidence. The suspect was arrested and <br />charged with 3rd Degree Assault, but could be upgraded to 1st Degree Assault pending the victims <br />ongoing medical condition. <br />INVESTIGATOR ERICKSON 2nd QUARTER INVESTIGATIVE HIGHLIGHTS <br />In the second quarter, 32 cases were investigated by Investigator Erickson. Of those cases, 11 cases <br />were charged out by arrest. 11 cases are still under investigation. Among the cases: <br />• 1 Violation of Order for Protections <br />• 2 Traffic Related Arrests <br />• 6 DWI Related Arrests <br />• 3 Thefts <br />• 2 Robberies <br />• 3 Missing People Investigations <br />• 5 Domestic Assault Investigations <br />• 1 Assault Investigation <br />• 1 Fraud/Forgery Investigation <br />
