Monday, August 22, 2022, City Council Agenda. <br />22 <br />23 Mayor Mueller requested the agenda be amended to have Item 7A, Special Order of Business — <br />24 Swearing in of Officer Nina Katzenmaier addressed after approval of the agenda. <br />25 <br />26 MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Meehlhause. To Approve the Monday, August 22, 2022, agenda as <br />27 amended. <br />28 <br />29 A roll call vote was taken. <br />30 <br />31 Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />32 <br />33 7. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br />34 A. Swearing in of Officer Nina Katzenmaier. <br />35 <br />36 Police Chief Harder introduced newly hired Police Officer Nina Katzenmaier to the City Council. <br />37 He administered the Oath of Office to Officer Katzenmaier and welcomed her to the Mounds View <br />38 Police Department. A round of applause was offered by all in attendance. <br />39 <br />40 Mayor Mueller recessed the City Council meeting to the Economic Development Authority <br />41 meeting at 6:42 p.m. <br />42 <br />43 Mayor Mueller reconvened the City Council meeting from the Economic Development Authority <br />44 meeting at 7:39 p.m. <br />45 <br />
