An example given was a home <br />on O'Connell Drive adjacent to Bel Rae Senior Living (2015) which sold <br />in 2013 and 2018, increasing 69% in value between those six years. <br />It is a fair assumption that some potential buyers will not want to <br />purchase a house next to an apartment building, while others may not <br />care. Mounds View has many apartment buildings, many of which are <br />adjacent to single-family homes. <br />The character of the surrounding area includes single-family, multi- <br />family, industrial, and educational/institutional.
