Non-Profit entities duly registered in the State of Minnesota with active status as denoted on the Minnesota <br />Secretary of State registry that has real property or a physical presence and provide a measurable benefit to the <br />City of Mounds View can submit a written request to the City Administrator that $500 fee be waived. <br />2. Only one waived fee per year per Non-Profit is allowed. <br />3. Non-Profit’s making and receiving the waiver are still required to submit a $200 security deposit to cover damages <br />and cleaning. <br />4. Non-Profits making and receiving the waiver must clean the facility and remove all trash or will forfeit their $200 <br />deposit. <br />5. Residents/Neighborhood Groups requesting use of a Park Facility for Night to Unite are required to pay the $25 <br />security deposit for the key and sign a use agreement that details cleanup and usage requirements. <br />VII.
