Mounds View City Council November 14, 2022 <br />Regular Meeting Page 10 <br />1 <br />2 Mayor Mueller reported she would be attending a North Metro Mayors meeting on Wednesday, <br />3 November 16 with City Administrator Zikmund. <br />4 <br />5 Mayor Mueller then told a story about Alex Moore and his numerous accomplishments. <br />6 <br />7 B. Reports of Staff. <br />8 <br />9 Finance Director Beer reported staff was making progress on the ExecuTime software. <br />10 <br />11 Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson stated winter was upon us and noted there <br />12 was no parking on City streets. <br />13 <br />14 Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson invited residents living on Stinson and <br />15 Pleasant View to attend a neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, November 15 at City of Fridley City <br />16 Hall. <br />17 <br />18 Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson provided the Council with an update on <br />19 Spring Lake Park Road. He noted the contractor would be completing patches on Thursday along <br />20 Sherwood and Arden. He reported the final wear course would be installed next spring. <br />21 <br />22 Community Development Director Sevald discussed the permit numbers for 2022. <br />23 <br />24 City Administrator Zikmund reported the Council Elect candidates were engaged in the orientation <br />25 process. <br />26 <br />27 City Administrator Zikmund commented on the hiring process that has been followed for the City <br />28 Hall receptionist. <br />29 <br />30 City Administrator Zikmund asked if the Council wanted staff to investigate the installation of <br />31 signs at County Road I and Spring Lake Road. <br />32 <br />33 Mayor Mueller requested the police department speak with the bus company regarding the <br />34 concerns raised by the resident. <br />35 <br />36 C. Reports of City Attorney. <br />37 <br />38 City Attorney Riggs had nothing additional to report. <br />39 <br />40 10.
