There's about 440' in between driveways of <br />Bel Rae Senior Living (west neighbor) and 2300 Mounds View <br />Blvd (east neighbor). <br />The Planning Commission requested a traffic study. The <br />Developer has provided one. The study estimates that 95% of <br />traffic will go eastbound on Woodale Drive, and 5% <br />westbound. 52 daily trips during the AM peak hour, and 55 <br />daily trips during the PM peak hour. <br />12 Mounds View City Code §160.056(B)(2)(c) ( Planned Unit Development, Multiple Family) <br />13 Mounds View City Code §160.317(A)(5); Density bonus. As a consequence of a planned unit development's <br />planned and integrated character, the number of dwelling units allowed within the respective zoning district <br />may be increased by 10%. The building, parking and similar requirements for these extra units shall be <br />observed in compliance with this chapter.
