ORDINANCE No. 998 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING THE OFFICAL ZONING MAP <br />The City of Mounds View Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends the Official Zoning <br />Map related to the proposed Lot 1, Block 1, WOODALE APARTMENTS: <br />Existing <br />Proposed <br />PID- <br />Address Legal Description <br />08-30- <br />23-31- <br />0075 <br />2310 Mounds <br />View Boulevard <br />Comprehensive <br />Plan <br />That part of the East 223 <br />feet of the Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 30, Range 23, <br />lying Southerly of the <br />center line of State Trunk <br />Hi.hwa #10-62. <br />2310 Woodale <br />Drive <br />Mixed Use <br />Zoning <br />R-1 Single <br />Family <br />Residential <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Woodale Mixed Use <br />Apartments <br />PUD Planned <br />Unit <br />Development <br />SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City Staff shall have <br />the following summary printed in the Official newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: <br />On December 12, 2022, the City Council adopted Ordinance 998 that amends the Official <br />Zoning Map of the City of Mounds View, amending 2310 Mounds View Boulevard, from R-1 <br />Single -Family Residential, to PUD Planned Unit Development. This Zoning Map amendment <br />coincides with the platting of this lot into Lot 1, Block 1, WOODALE APARTMENTS. <br />SECTION 3.
