RESOLUTION 9653 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODALE APARTMENTS <br />(PLANNING CASE MU2022-003) <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Jared Ackmann (Reuter Walton Development), representing <br />the property owner; Christian Properties LLC, has applied for approval of the Preliminary Plat of <br />WOODALE APARTMENTS, on property located at 2310 Mounds View Boulevard, legally <br />described as: <br />P I D: 08-30-23-31-0075 <br />That part of the East 223 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, lying <br />Southerly of the center line of State Trunk Highway #10-62. <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code 158.020, requires full platting for all <br />subdivision requests; and, <br />WHEREAS, an application for Preliminary Plat approval was submitted on October 10, <br />2022, and subsequent revisions (various dates), including; <br />Title Commitment, June 6, 2022 <br />Preliminary Plat plan set, October 7, 2022 <br />Stormwater Management Report, October 10, 2022 <br />Project Description, October 26, 2022 <br />Architectural plans, November 1, 2022 <br />Trip Generation Memo, November 9, 2022 <br />Exterior Lighting plan, November 9, 2022 <br />Proof of Parking, November 9, 2022 <br />Snow Storage plan, November 9, 2011 <br />Fire Truck Movement, November 21, 2022 <br />Final Plat <br />WHEREAS, such plans were distributed by the City to applicable Departments and <br />Agencies for review. Comments were received from: <br />Scott Mareck, Ramsey County Public Works, October 12, 2022 <br />Dan Edgerton, Mounds View Public Works (Stantec), October 20, 2022 <br />Isiah Schoeman, Mounds View Community Development, October 24, 2022 <br />Tyler McLeete, Mounds View Public Works (Stantec), October 25, 2022 <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD), and is within the <br />County Highway 10 Corridor Overlay District; and, <br />
