<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODALE APARTMENTS
<br />(PLANNING CASE MU2022-003)
<br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Jared Ackmann (Reuter Walton Development), representing
<br />the property owner; Christian Properties LLC, has applied for approval of the Preliminary Plat of
<br />WOODALE APARTMENTS, on property located at 2310 Mounds View Boulevard, legally
<br />described as:
<br />P I D: 08-30-23-31-0075
<br />That part of the East 223 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, lying
<br />Southerly of the center line of State Trunk Highway #10-62.
<br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code 158.020, requires full platting for all
<br />subdivision requests; and,
<br />WHEREAS, an application for Preliminary Plat approval was submitted on October 10,
<br />2022, and subsequent revisions (various dates), including;
