Proposed Development <br />1.2 ITE TRIP GENERATION <br />The ITE Trip Generation Manual, 11th Edition was utilized to estimate the trip generation potential for the <br />proposed development. The ITE Trip Generation Manual provides peak hour and daily trip generation rates <br />based on studies of similar land uses. Estimated site generated traffic based on the ITE Trip Generation Manual <br />is detailed in Table 1. Results of the trip generation estimates indicate the proposed apartments are expected <br />to generate approximately 52 a.m. peak hour, 55 p.m. peak hour, and 636 daily trips. Based on the methodology <br />described in the ITE Trip Generation Manual, pass -by trips and multi -use reductions were not applied. <br />Table 1.
