Resolution 9653 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />9. The Developer shall reimburse the City for all consulting costs, including City Attorney, and <br />City Engineering fees. <br />10. The Developer shall revise Civil plans (December 2, 2022) to include a sidewalk along <br />Woodale Drive, east of the driveway entrance. The intent of this sidewalk is to serve as a <br />school bus stop. Exact location and dimensions to be determined at time of Building Permit. <br />11. The Developer shall revise Civil Plans (December 2, 2022), to comply with the Fire <br />Marshal's review, October 24, 2022. <br />12. The Landscape Plan (December 2, 2022) is deficient in the number of trees to be planted. <br />The Developer shall pay the cost equivalent of the deficient number of trees to the City, for <br />tree purchase and reforestation of public lands within the City. Payment shall occur prior to <br />a Building Permit being issued. <br />13. The Landscape Plan (December 2, 2022) shall be reviewed by the City Arborist for species. <br />The Arborist may require species type to be amended. <br />Adopted this 12" Day of December, 2022 <br />Carol A.
