She indicated she would like <br />3 additional information on how the 140 units would be accommodated on the site and what <br />4 amenities would be lost. She noted she was concerned about the tree loss and stated she would like <br />5 additional information on how many trees would be replanted. ROLL CALL VOTE <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 City Attorney Riggs recommended the Council open the public hearing for the PUD and <br />18 Development Review for the Woodale Apartments and continue this item to the December 12, <br />19 2022 City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />20 <br />21 Mayor Mueller opened the public hearing at 9:29 p.m. <br />22 <br />23 MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Hull. To Continue this public hearing to the December 12, <br />24 2022 City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />25 <br />26 Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />27 <br />28 Mayor Mueller recessed the City Council meeting at 9:30 p.m. <br />29 <br />30 Mayor Mueller reconvened the City Council meeting at 9:36 p.m. <br />31 <br />32 Mayor Mueller requested Item 81 be discussed at this time. <br />33 <br />34 I. Resolution 9663, Approving the Installation of a Low -Pressure Alarm Remote <br />35 Telemetry Unit (RTU). <br />36 <br />37 Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson requested the Council approve the <br />38 installation of a Low -Pressure Alarm Remote Telemetry Unit (RTU). He explained this purchase <br />39 was discussed at the last Council meeting and would address the low pressure concern that <br />40 occurred in October. He reported the alarm would alert public works staff if the City reached a <br />41 point of critical low-water pressure within the system, separate from the SCADA alarms for <br />42 redundancy purposes. He reviewed the estimate he received for the RTU and recommended <br />43 approval of the purchase. <br />44 <br />45 MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Cermak.
