RESOLUTION NO. 9667 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF MOUNDS VIEW LIQUOR <br />LICENSES FROM JANUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2023 <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View's liquor licenses expire December 30, 2022; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View liquor licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has received all pertinent application materials and fees from <br />those businesses shown in Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, all businesses shown in Exhibit A appear to meet the provisions of <br />Title XI Business Regulations, Chapter 110 Alcoholic Beverages, of the Mounds View <br />City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve Liquor License renewals for all businesses shown in Exhibit A. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licenses will be valid from January 1 to <br />December 31, 2023. <br />Adopted this 12t" day of December, 2022. <br />Carol A.
