Liquor License Renewals <br />December 12, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Utility Billin_q (City of Mounds View) <br />All properties are current to date. <br />Liquor Tax Delinquency (MN Department of Revenue) — All properties are current to <br />date. <br />Property Taxes (Ramsey County Taxation) - All properties are current to date. <br />Fire Inspections (City of Mounds View Fire Inspector) <br />All properties were inspected for fire code violations and passed. <br />Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: Our licensing ordinance and it requirements along with the <br />renewal applications listed relate to our Vision Statement; "...welcoming a desirable <br />destination to all ages and cultures ... and a place where residents can live, work and play <br />safely" and by approving the license renewals the City will "....maintain a positive business <br />climate where businesses want to locate and remain in Mounds View". <br />Financial Impact: None. <br />Recommendation: Staff is recommending that the Council approve liquor licenses for the <br />businesses listed in Resolution 9667, Exhibit A for the period of January 1, 2023 to <br />December 31, 2023. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Nyle Zikmund <br />City Administrator <br />
