RESOLUTION NO. 9655 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE <br />AGREEMENT ADDENDUM DATED DECEMBER 31, 2022 WITH <br />MINUTE MAKER SECRETARIAL <br />WHEREAS, Minute Maker Secretarial (formerly TimeSaver Off -Site Secretarial, <br />Inc.) has been taking minutes for City Council, EDA and Planning Commission meetings <br />since 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff are satisfied with the thoroughness and <br />accuracy of the minutes taken by Minute Maker Secretarial; and <br />WHEREAS, attached to this resolution is the addendum to the Recording <br />Secretary Service Agreement as Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />agrees to and accepts the terms of the Minute Maker Secretarial recording secretary <br />service agreement addendum dated December 31, 2022, as attached. <br />2023. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this agreement shall expire December 31, <br />Adopted this 12th day of December, 2022. <br />Carol A.
