Sergeant Wolf has been employed by the City for 18 years (start date April 12, <br />2004). Attached is Resolution 9668, authorizing separation compensation to Sergeant Wolf in <br />accordance with the City's Personnel Manual and LELS Labor Agreement. <br />Discussion <br />Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual and Article 21 of the LELS Labor Agreement <br />state employees leaving in good standing will receive a lump -sum compensation for all accrued vacation <br />and compensation time.
