Officer <br />Meyer has been employed by the City for 26 years (start date March 11, 1996). Attached is Resolution <br />9669, authorizing separation compensation to Officer Meyer in accordance with the City's Personnel <br />Manual and LELS Labor Agreement. <br />Discussion <br />Section 2.11 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual and Article 23.2A of the LELS Labor <br />Agreement state employees with two (2) or more years of service will contribute their vacation and eligible <br />sick leave hours to the Retirement Health Savings Plan.
