Officer Meyer has been employed by the City for 26 years (start date March 11, 1996). Attached is Resolution 9669, authorizing separation compensation to Officer Meyer in accordance with the City's Personnel Manual and LELS Labor Agreement. Discussion Section 2.11 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual and Article 23.2A of the LELS Labor Agreement state employees with two (2) or more years of service will contribute their vacation and eligible sick leave hours to the Retirement Health Savings Plan. Officer Meyer will have estimated leave balances of: 400.64 hours vacation, 0.00 hours compensatory time, and 1,270.69 hours sick time (50% = 635.35 hours).
