Item 08A <br />Page 6 of 26 <br />Zoning Map Amendment (Rezoning) <br />Existing Use Undeveloped/Vacant <br />A house and detached garage were constructed on an unknown <br />date (garage in 1955), and demolished in 2010. <br />During the late 1980's and early 1990's, Everest Development <br />constructed Mounds View Business Park, a 66+/- acre <br />office/warehouse/manufacturing development. The project was <br />planned to include a 40,000 sq ft office/warehouse building on 5- <br />acres (subject property and four properties to the east).
