Woodale Drive & Mounds View <br />Boulevard is a signalized intersection. <br />No access is proposed onto Mounds View Blvd (Co Rd 10). <br />The Boulevard is a Minor Arterial. Minimum Access Spacing <br />is 1/8 mile (660'). There's about 440' in between driveways of <br />Bel Rae Senior Living (west neighbor) and 2300 Mounds View <br />Blvd (east neighbor). <br />The Developer is in the process of completing a traffic study. <br />A previous analysis indicated 52 daily trips during the AM peak <br />hour, and 55 daily trips during the PM peak hour, estimating <br />that 95% of traffic will go eastbound on Woodale Drive, and <br />5% westbound. <br />Alliant Woodale Apartments; Trip Generation Memorandum; Figure 1.
