tPulte <br />tardHomes <br />Ardan Avenue Property <br />SUBMITTAL FOR: <br />Concept Plan <br />MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />December 28, 2022 <br />Introduction <br />PulteGroup ("Pulte") and YardhomesMN ("YardHomes") are pleased to be submitting this <br />application. <br />Pulte's company mission statement is "Building Incredible Places Where People Can Live <br />Their Dreams." We currently operate under three distinct brands of homebuilding in the Twin <br />Cities: Pulte Homes, Centex, and Del Webb. Our office is in Eden Prairie. We have a strong <br />reputation for our superior floor plans, completion of infill redevelopment projects, and being <br />easy to work with. <br />The inclusion of YardHomes enables our team to deliver smaller home styles at competitive <br />price -points that can meet a broader range of housing needs in Mounds View. <br />This team and proposal are intended to be the starting point for a collaboration to meet some of <br />the housing needs in your community. We are open to alternate approaches. <br />Team <br />Pulte will act as developer of the property and builder of the townhomes. The primary contact for <br />Pulte is Paul Heuer, Director of Land Planning & Entitlement.
