The company offers slab -on -grade single level living <br />environments that incorporate Universal Design and that are highly accessible. The units <br />feature market -leading sustainability features making them extremely energy efficient. This <br />lowers energy costs to our residents and enhances the affordability of the home. <br />YardHomes would provide a group of units in this smaller, single level living format that would <br />generally be highly desired by seniors, although they would not be limited to seniors unless this <br />was part of a deliberate program with the City. The current concept is for one bedroom, one <br />bath units of around 600 square feet.
