Pu t <br />HOMES <br />Locke Pointe - Fridley, MN <br />Pulte purchased 6.5 acres of land from the City of Fridley in the summer of 2018 to develop and <br />build 25 villa homes as part of the overall new City Hall redevelopment. <br />This is another example of a public/private partnership that resulted in benefits to all parties. It <br />played a part in the City's vision of a larger redevelopment project. It provided housing desired <br />by area residents.
