Pu t <br />HOMES <br />Mirabel — Maple Grove, MN <br />Pulte purchased 7.4 acres from the City of Maple Grove in the summer of 2016 to develop 32 <br />villa homes on the northwest corner of Weaver Lake Road and Norwood Avenue. Models <br />opened in March 2017. <br />This is a typical example of a public/private partnership that Pulte has become skilled at <br />executing. The neighborhood has been a great success for both the City and Pulte. Utilizing <br />innovative site planning, we were able to maximize the land while meeting community goals of <br />providing a better housing choice for the 55+ demographic including a mix of slab on grade <br />homes and basement options.
