P6,1t6 <br />HOMES <br />Midtown Village - New Brighton, MN <br />Pulte partnered with Dominium to purchase 11 acres of redevelopment land from the <br />City of New Brighton in 2019. Together, the partnership delivered housing that was in <br />desperate need: 204 senior rental homes, 154 family rental homes, and 53 townhomes. <br />This intricate redevelopment project involved the demolition of an old school and the <br />challenge of delivering critically needed housing while being sensitive to the neighbors. <br />We worked diligently with City staff to provide a public park, vacating a street, and <br />reconstructing a busy intersection.
