Put <br />HOMES <br />West Park -- Chanhassen, MN <br />Pulte purchased 11 acres near the northwest corner of State Highway 212 and County <br />Road 101. This complicated infill project had many challenges that resulted in the <br />property lying dormant for years. The property had three different zoning categories. <br />Half of the property also fell within a shoreland district, creating complexities related to <br />density and storm water runoff.
