Preliminary/Final Plat, and Stormwater Management permit <br /> <br />Question: The Developer’s intent is to maximize the number of units that will fit on <br />the property (8). This limits the amount of land left over for usable yard <br />area. Much of the yard will be used as stormwater infiltration basins. Is <br />this supported (above ground), or should stormwater be <br />underground (chambers)? <br /> <br /> <br />Strategic Plan Strategy/Goal: <br />Continue BR&E program, maximize utilization of development space and current list of available <br />sites, encourage land owners to maintain their properties, & consider residential redevelopment. <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br />N/A <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />No formal action is required.
