The Commission, acting as the Board of Adjustments, has authority to approve Variances. <br />Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission <br />The Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission provides recommendations to the City Council for the development and improvement of parks <br />within the City. The Commission also makes recommendations to the City on all matters affecting Parks and Recreation programs. <br />Police Advisory Commission <br />The Police Advisory Commission assists and advises the City Council and the Police Department with enhancing awareness of Police Department <br />capabilities and services; provides an opportunity for citizen involvement in police services; and encourages positive exchange between the <br />Police Department and the community. <br />Sustainability Committee <br />The Sustainability Committee will review the sustainability on all City Infrastructure: Water, Sewer, Storm Water, Streets with the focus and <br />passion on the Environmental aspect. <br />https://moundsviewmn.rja.revize.com/reports/175851 3/3 <br />
