Res 1141-21 <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />October 5, 2021 <br />Charlie Smith, SBM Fire Department <br />October 18, 2021 <br />Scott Mareck, Ramsey County Public Works <br />October 21, 2021 <br />Chris Ambourn Stantec <br />October 25, 2021 <br />Dan Edgerton, Stantec (City Engineer) (City of Mounds <br />View, MN Permit Report) <br />October 25, 2021 <br />Tyler McLeete, Stantec (City Enigineer) <br />October 26, 2021 <br />David Elvin, MnDOT <br />WHEREAS, in compliance with the Mounds View City Code §158.020(H), a <br />Public Hearing notice was published by the Shoreview Press on November 9, 2021, and <br />mailed to property owners within 350' of the subject properties. A Public Hearing was <br />held by the City Council on November 22, 2021; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat has been evaluated for compliance with <br />requirements of the Mounds View City Code, §158.020 (Preliminary Subdivision Plan <br />Application), and the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br />WEHREAS, the Final Plat has been evaluated for consistency with the <br />Preliminary Plat, and compliance with all requirements deemed necessary to preserve <br />neighborhood aesthetics and to protect the public health, safety and welfare of <br />neighboring landowners and future residents within the subdivision, consistent with <br />Mounds View City Code §158.026(B)(3); and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the Preliminary/Final Plat of SKYLINE, with the following <br />conditions: <br />The Developer shall revise the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat, in compliance with <br />the City of Mounds View, MN Permit Report, dated October 25, 2021; the City <br />Engineer's report, dated October 25, 2021; and, the Community Development <br />Director's review report dated October 28, 2021; Changes to the Plat shall be <br />reviewed and may be approved administratively by Staff. <br />2. The Final Plat shall conform to the Preliminary Plat, as approved by the City <br />Council, in conformance with Mounds View City Code §158.0026(A) (Filing of <br />final plat). <br />3. The Final Plat shall adhere to all requirements of the City Attorney's Plat Opinion, <br />dated . The Final Plat shall be recorded within six months, and <br />provide the City with a reproducible copy. <br />4. The Developer shall enter into a private ingress/egress easement between Lot 1, <br />Block 1 (The Villas of Mounds View), and Bauer Welding, 2159 Mustang Drive. <br />This easement shall run with the land. This easement shall be recorded by the <br />Developer prior to the City issuing a building permit for The Villas of Mounds <br />View. <br />
