MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISION <br />RESOLUTION 1152-22 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF <br />STELLMAKER ADDITION (Planning Case MA2022-001) <br />WHEREAS, the applicants, Ryan and Tanya Stellmaker, are requesting Preliminary and Final Plat <br />approval of a Subdivision, located at 3024 County Road H2, and 7280 Hidden Hollow Court, legally <br />described as: <br />PID:07-30-23-32-0020 <br />The north 210. Feet of Lot 38, KNOLLWOOD PARK, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />and; <br />PID:07-30-23-32-0038 <br />Lot 16, Block 1, HIDDEN HOLLOW, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, a Subdivision Application and plans were submitted on September 1, 2022, and <br />determined to be complete as of October 3, 2022. Plans were distributed by Staff to applicable <br />departments and agencies for their review. Comments were received from: <br />September 2, 2022 <br />September 2, 2022 <br />September 23, 2022 <br />October 12, 2022 <br />October 12, 2022 <br />October 12, 2022 <br />Dan Edgerton, City Engineer (Stantec) <br />Scott Mareck, Ramsey County <br />Scott Riggs, City Attorney <br />Scott Mareck, Ramsey County <br />Tyler McLeete, City Engineer (Stantec) <br />Dan Edgerton, City Engineer (Stantec) <br />WHEREAS, the Property is zoned R-1 Single -Family Residential, and guided Single -Family <br />Detached in the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br />WHEREAS, Staff have reviewed the Preliminary Plat dated October 3, 2022, finding it to be <br />consistent with requirements of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and, <br />
