Resolution 1154-22 <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />G. Excessive exterior light glare from parking lot lighting spills over onto the eastern <br />properties by a distance between 0' — 25'. The Developer shall make every attempt to <br />reduce exterior light glare spillage. Revisions may be reviewed and approved by Staff <br />as part of the building permit review process. <br />10. The Building's exterior, including massing, materials, and colors, shall be consistent with <br />plans submitted by Kaas Wilson Architects, dated October 7, 2022. In the event such plans <br />exclude details, such details shall comply with City Code requirements for the R-4, and <br />County Road 10 Corridor Overlay districts. <br />11. The Developer shall extend the sidewalk, connecting the Mounds View Boulevard trail to <br />Woodale Drive, including a school bus stop area of sufficient size. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESULVED, that prior to the City Council's <br />consideration, the Developer shall provide additional information regarding; landscaping, proof <br />of parking, snow removal, traffic and exterior lighting; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the <br />minutes. <br />Adopted this 2nd day of November, 2022 <br />0 <br />r 1 !t r <br />Attest: <br />Ga undle, Chair <br />Jon Sevald, Community Development Director <br />
