Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve the attached Resolution accepting the <br />proposal from Municipal Builders Inc. for Change Order #16 for replacing the Eaton VFDs <br />with ABB model VFDs, at a cost of $51,695.78. AE2S is also recommending approval of <br />Change Order #16.
