4.2.2. Toxic, Hazardous Wastes and paint in liquid form.. <br />4.2.3. Items on Exhibit C hereto. <br />4.2.4. Animal waste and solid waste materials resulting from industrial, <br />commercial and agricultural operations, and from community <br />activities. <br />4.2.5. Earthen fill, boulders, rock and other materials normally handled in <br />construction operations, solids or dissolved material in domestic <br />sewage or other significant pollutants in waste resources, such as silt, <br />dissolved or suspended solids in industrial waste water effluents, <br />dissolved materials in irrigation return flows; or other common <br />water pollutants. <br />4.3. Containers. Collection shall be from approved Refuse containers with a <br />maximum 33 gallon capacity and 40 pound weight per Residential Dwelling <br />Unit. <br />4.4. Frequency. Each Residential Dwelling Unit shall have its Refuse collected <br />once per week. <br />4. 5. Supply Necessary Items. SPRI shall supply all labor, material, and <br />equipment necessary for the carrying out of this Contract. <br />No Claims. SPRI agrees to pay all persons doing work or furnishing skill, 4. 6. <br />tools, machinery, or materials or insurance premiums or equipment or supplies and <br />all just claims for such work, material, equipment insurance, and supplies in and about the <br />performance of this Contract. <br />4.7. Indemnification. SPRI further agrees to take all precautions to protect <br />the public against injury and shall save the City harmless 'from all damages <br />and claims of damages that may arise by reason of any negligence of SPRI <br />or SPRI's agents, or employees which engaged in the performance of this <br />Contract, and will indemnify the City against all claims, liens, expenses, and <br />claims for liens, for work, tools, machinery, materials, or insurance premiums <br />or equipment or supplies, and against all loss by reason of the failure of SPRI in any <br />respect to fully perform all obligations of this Contract. <br />5. Additional Collection Service. <br />5.1. Description. Additional Collection Service shall include (i) the collection of <br />additional items listed on Exhibit C hereto. <br />5.2. Location. Residential Dwelling Units, unless Additional Service has been <br />requested by the resident owner, shall have their Additional Items located at <br />designated point of collection. <br />
