9. Fees. <br />9.1. Basic Collection Service. SPRI shall charge prices for Basic Collection Service <br />according to the schedule on Exhibit C hereto. <br />9.1.1. Each customer shall select a desired service level and may change <br />level of service upon payment of an administrative charge as shown <br />in Exhibit. There shall be no charge for any changes of service <br />occurring during the first six (6) months of the term of this Contract. <br />9.2. CPI Revisions. The Price shall be subject to automatic revision <br />effective the first day of September of each year, being increased or decreased by the <br />annualized rate of change in Price Index, during the eleven (11) month period next <br />preceding the first day of September each year of this Contract. The Price established <br />after each such automatic revision shall be the price on which the next subsequent <br />revision shall be based. <br />9.3. Taxes and Other Charges. The parties further agree that the prices stated <br />herein shall be automatically adjusted for all changes of disposal (or tipping) <br />fees and all existing and subsequently imposed federal, state, local, or other <br />governmental agency excise taxes, sales taxes, surcharges, abatement fees or <br />other charges imposed on the Basic Collection Service provided herein or the <br />disposal costs of SPRI during the term of this Contract or any renewal term <br />thereof. <br />9.4. Additional Collection Services. Charges for pickup of Additional Items and <br />for Additional Service shall be made directly to the resident owner by SPRI <br />or the hauler at the prices stated in Exhibit C hereto. Said prices shall be <br />subject to change from time to time by SPRI based on changes in Disposal Fees; <br />provided that SPRI shall notify the City in writing of any changes under this Paragraph <br />10.4. <br />9.5. Disposal Fees. The Price contemplates that SPRI will pay all disposal fees for <br />Basic Collection Service. If the City begins paying disposal fees directly to the <br />landfill, the Residential Dwelling Unit Price shall be reduced accordingly. <br />10. Liability Insurance. SPRI shall perform under this Contract in a clean, neat <br />manner and shall operate such trucks and motor vehicles as are reasonably <br />necessary and suitable to the rendering of such services and shall keep the same <br />insured with a minimum public liability insurance of $300,000 for any one person; <br />$600,000 for any one accident; $50,000 for property damage, together with <br />Contractor's public liability insurance of $300,000 for any one person, $600,000 for <br />any one accident; and property damage of $50,000. Certificates of Insurance shall <br />be provided to the City by WRI or haulers upon request of the City. <br />11. Worker's Compensation Insurance. SPRI shall at all times keep fully insured, at its <br />own expense, all persons employed by it in connection with the performance of this <br />
