Mr. Amundsen? <br />MR. AMUNDSEN: Your Honor, I submitted to the <br />filing office on Friday additional -- copies of <br />additional letters which I had received that aren't <br />in your packet. In particular, I had a letter from <br />Ms. Barbara Smith dated July -- <br />THE COURT: Why don't you hold off. <br />MR. AMUNDSEN: Okay. <br />THE COURT: And what I'll do is I'll let the <br />parties submit things as I let you present your <br />case. And you can present those, and we'll have <br />them marked as you are given a chance to proceed. I <br />think -- go ahead. <br />MR. AMUNDSEN: I apologize, your Honor. I do <br />have some additional amendments which I would like <br />to offer the Court -- I have copies for counsel -- <br />to my answer. I was under the impression I may have <br />been wrong when I spoke with Luke Gosselin on the <br />date that I was told of the notice of the hearing <br />that the Court was going to be accepting the letter <br />and the first two attachments. So my initial answer <br />is addressing the letter and the first two <br />attachments specifically. And I have a response and <br />some additional attachments I would like to submit <br />
