The way we're going to proceed is <br />I'm going to have Mr. Riggs and Mr. Anderson present <br />the case in chief on behalf of the Petitioner, and <br />then Mr. Amundsen can present the case in chief on <br />behalf of himself. If there is a need for any <br />rebuttal or surrebuttal, we'll take that up at the <br />time. <br />You can make arguments. You can offer <br />exhibits. You can offer witnesses. Mr. Amundsen, <br />if you want to testify on your own behalf, I'll <br />place you under oath and put you on the witness <br />stand. I want this hearing to be focused on any <br />grounds that may exist to remove Mr. Amundsen from <br />his seat on the charter commission. This is not a <br />
