RIGGS: Okay. <br />THE COURT: -- if it's an affidavit from that <br />person or testimony from that person. <br />MR. RIGGS: And -- <br />THE COURT: You've been informed that whatever <br />you're going to prove, you need to prove it here <br />today. <br />MR. RIGGS: I understand that. <br />THE COURT: So if you've got some either way, <br />any way you want to present it, I'm all ears. <br />MR. RIGGS: Well, and keeping that in mind, <br />certainly I can call witnesses if that's where you <br />want to go with this from the standpoint, or if you <br />would like us to do a submission with affidavits <br />from these individuals, that's certainly -- <br />THE COURT: Today's the day. <br />
