We believe <br />that the petition speaks for itself. We do have <br />persons or individuals here that could be brought up <br />for supplementing this. But the statements in here <br />are exactly the council's position. <br />THE COURT: Okay. <br />MR. RIGGS: The -- <br />THE COURT: I'm not going to make you do <br />anything. <br />MR. RIGGS: No. What I'm trying to say is <br />that, obviously, it's your discretion. The council <br />didn't look at this lightly to move forward with <br />this type of request. The request was made because <br />people are leaving because of one individual, you <br />know, and the reality is -- you know, I've spoken to <br />these commission members, certainly other city staff <br />has, certainly council members have that would state <br />
