RIGGS: <br />Q Are you aware that people -- well, why don't <br />you describe the difficulty of getting commission members <br />to serve on the charter commission and your experience <br />with that. <br />A So the challenge is twofold for me. One, it is <br />a difficult commission to convince people to serve on. I <br />was successful in recruiting two out of five. But going <br />forward, I've told the council I won't recruit any more <br />members to be on the commission until there's changes <br />because I simply won't recruit people to put them in that <br />situation. <br />Q Mr. Zikmund, what is your thoughts or opinion <br />of the commission operating should Mr. Amundsen remain on <br />
