RIGGS: I have nothing further, your Honor.
THE COURT: Any questions, Mr. Amundsen?
MR. AMUNDSEN: Yes, your Honor.
CROSS-EXAMINATION
BY MR. AMUNDSEN:
Q Mr. Zikmund, you stated that you were hired
full time January 2018 and that the council required as
part of your job performance that you work with the
commission. Is that correct?
A I wouldn't characterize it that way. I was a
liaison on the commission. I was concerned about the
commission. Yes, I was assiqned as the liaison, much
like the community development director to the planning
commission, public works director is the liaison to the
park and rec and forestry, so I was the liaison to the
charter commission.
Q Did the council give you further direction in
terms of communicating important issues or concerns that
the council had for the commission to work on starting in
January of 2018?
