I know that you made a <br />request to talk to me. I think you sent me an email. <br />Q Would you agree that it was more than ten days <br />earlier? <br />A In that ballpark, yes. <br />Q Mr. Zikmund, what do you consider a quorum? <br />THE COURT: Hold on.
