So she became chair at the <br />meeting in January? <br />MR. AMUNDSEN: Her chairman [sic] started at <br />the end of the meeting. <br />THE COURT: Okay. Do you agree with that, <br />Mr. Zikmund? <br />THE WITNESS: Yes, that is accurate, your <br />Honor. <br />THE COURT: Okay. <br />THE WITNESS: Shortly after that, Chair Johnson <br />reached out and wanted to do some training. <br />Attorney Riggs provided that training. There were <br />two sessions. I think we had all commission members <br />but one attend one of those two sessions. And then <br />as Chair Johnson was preparing for the May meeting, <br />that's when -- I don't want to use hearsay, but she <br />called me because she had had an interaction with <br />you, Mr. Amundsen, and she had concerns, and you had <br />also called the mayor. <br />THE COURT: And when did that take place? <br />THE WITNESS: So it was after the March meeting <br />and before the May meeting. And so my notes say on <br />May 16. I initiated a call to you for the purpose <br />of understanding your concerns as a result of both <br />the mayor and the commission chair sharing that they <br />
