Per our conversation, attached are the January 2019 draft version mark-up, the draft Resolution, and my <br />January personal notes of how the format objectives were modified from previousversionsto include the suggestions of <br />the Commission members. <br />Obviously the language should be changed to 18 months and not 14 in both. The Commission has used the concept of <br />days, not months to be clear on how to calculate time. I have other documents related to time line periods if you'd like <br />them. The Commission's January discussion included questions of what language is legally enforceable versus likely to be <br />
