Unanimous Yes. <br /> Ask Unicorp Incorporated and the other bidder is the schedule for <br />completion of the building was a factor in developing their bid. If the <br />bids were set up to give the contractor an entire season to complete the <br />project, could we anticipate getting better bids? <br /> <br /> <br />4.
