City of Mounds View Comprehensive Plan <br />________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />99 <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />The Mounds View Comprehensive Plan is a policy document. The plan is not a law or ordinance but <br />is meant to be a flexible guide. For this plan to be effective, an implementation plan must be <br />developed to outline specific actions that the City will take to reach the goals and achieve the vision <br />that the plan sets out for the City. The following outlines the actions the City will take to implement <br />this plan. <br /> <br />Administration <br /> <br />The City of Mounds View currently has many tools and programs in place that can be used to <br />implement the plan. These programs will be reviewed and modified as necessary to ensure that <br />future actions that the City takes are consistent with the adopted comprehensive plan. These tools <br />and programs include the following: <br /> <br />1. Zoning, Subdivision, Housing, and other City Codes <br /> <br />2. Zoning Map <br /> <br />3. Economic Development Plan <br /> <br />4. Annual City Budget and Long Term Financial Plan <br /> <br />5. Streets Policy <br /> <br />6. Storm Water Management Plan <br /> <br />7. Park Dedication Capital Purchase Plan <br /> <br />8. Housing Replacement Program <br />
