g) Lakeside Lions Park Parking Lot—This was included in the 2003 Street Improvement Project as a <br /> bid alternate. Bids were received for this project. The low bid was $99,965.25. The engineer's <br /> estimate was $104,750. This was awarded by City County on June 14, 2004. The reconstructive <br /> work on the parking lot is estimated to begin by mid August. <br /> h) Lakeside Fishing Pier—The DNR is developing the necessary agreements to be signed by Spring <br /> Lake Park and Mounds View.
