We have contacted a number of
111, firms regarding this concept and it appears to have some merit. As we have
not begun to establish turf, we are obviously at only the initial planning
stages.
One of the major questions that continues to arise during our discussion is
the possibility and/or feasibility of contracting the maintenance of the
townhouses , Scotland Green, and park development into one large contract. At
this point we don 't have any real feelings en the issue either way, other than
the firms we have spoken with indicate that a price break would be possible
with a larger area.
As the project evolves , I will keep in touch should the City desire to pursue
this any further. Any thoughts or reactions you might have would be greatly
appreciated.
j erely,
ii___ .......Ac.„ . .0- 1.-6- 6:-)?-,____
Bruce K.
