52 . 12 <br /> 52 . 12 . FIREWORKS PROHIBITED. No person shall discharge any <br /> fireworks within the City parks, playgrounds, open space or recrea- <br /> tion areas without the written permission of the Director of Parks <br /> and Recreation and the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> 52 . 13. CAMPING PROHIBITED. No person shall camp nor set <br /> up tents , shacks, trailers , or any other temporary shelter for <br /> the purpose of camping in any City park, playground, open space <br /> or recreation area without the written approval of the City Council . <br /> Any dumping of human or other waste upon park, playground, open <br /> space or recreation areas shall be a public nuisance . <br /> 52 . 14 . UNAUTHORIZED GOLF PROHIBITED. No person shall play <br /> or practice golf nor use golf equipment of any kind in a City park', <br /> playground, open space or recreation area except under the direct <br /> supervision of an employee of the Department of Parks and Recreation <br /> or as a scheduled part of the City ' s park and recreation program. <br /> 52 . 15 . ANIMALS TO BE LEASHED. No person shall allow his <br /> dog or other domestic animal in a public park or open space <br /> without being effectively restrained by chain or leash or contrary <br /> to any other provisions of the municipal code. No person shall <br /> 4111 allow defecations from his dog or domestic animal to remain deposited <br /> upon City parks, playgrounds, open space or recreation areas. <br /> 52 . 16 . FIRES TO BE CONTROLLED. No person shall ignite a fire <br /> in any park, playground, open space or recreation area except in <br /> places provided for such purposes. Persons igniting a fire in a <br /> provided place shall completely extinguish such fire prior to <br /> departing. No fires shall be permitted contrary to the municipal <br /> code. <br /> 52 . 17 . PENALTIES. Any person, firm, corporation, or <br /> association violating the provisions of this ordinance shall <br /> be guilty of a misdemeanor . <br /> 52 . 18 . ENFORCEMENT. This code shall be enforced by the <br /> Mounds View Police Department which shall have the responsibility <br /> to patrol City parks and enforce the applicable ordinances and <br /> regulations . <br />
